14 Reasons Why I Love You: Valentine's Day 2011

This year Mr. Falsetto and I celebrated Valentine's Day a little early because my weekend was jammed packed with events. The theme for this year's celebration was 14 Reasons Why I Love You.

I went with a red, black and white color scheme because it looks so masculine and classy. I loved the way that it turned out :). I just wish that the beauty of the tablescape would have conveyed to the camera... Here is place setting. I also blinged out a glass for him... He loved it!

The evening started with me preparing one of his favorite dishes: steak fajitas {with all the fixings}, corn on the cob and french fries.

I also packaged his presents in red, black, white and silver wrappings to correlate well to the camera. Each also contained a gift tag that correlated to the gift...

Mr. Falsetto really enjoyed our celebration and I was so glad that he did! His favorite gift was the coffee table book... I could have really stopped there... LOL! Note to myself for next year. He is supposed to take me shopping for a new outfit and out to dinner tonight... I can't wait!

Buggin' Out!

I told you all how behind I was in my blog post and just to prove it here is a post about my goddaughter McKenzie's 2nd Birthday Party. Since her birthday was on Valentine's day, we decided to go with a love bug/lady bug theme... She doesn't look really happy in this photo because I caught her a little off guard... However, I love the serious look!

Now this one is more McKenzie... in full effect... See what I mean? ANTM I think we have a winner... LOL!
If I had been going in sequential order; I would have put these photos first... but at any rate here are the invitations created by yours truly.... Are they just too cute?


I just love these... Take note of the love bug on the return address area and the {love stamp}....

And last but not least, a group shot of the birthday party gang! We had a blast!
